Feedback from Design colleagues
In a year that was so full of change, I am grateful to have worked alongside David. There were moments when I would have accepted many things without questioning and yet David was tireless in his efforts to challenge the status quo and fight for a better design process.
He took a lot of self-initiative to bring stakeholders together in meetings such as the TMH round-table or Clinical x Design. He led workshops and drove many projects by working in a collaborative manner. He’s a great team player and he has the talent to connect people.
David are a dedicated wordsmith with an eye for details and who thinks of all different use cases; whether that is considering how text is impacted when translated into other languages or how phrasing can affect people, especially in the context of mental health.
We are all exhausted from this year, and being able to connect on not just a professional but also a personal level has given me a lot of motivation and enjoyment from working with David.

I can’t stress enough how valuable working with David has been to me this year. We worked together through countless flows, addressing a myriad of very complex UX issues, technical constraints, business logic and user needs. Throughout it all David is able to hold the user's best interests at heart and defend design decisions when they're compromising their interests.
He will stand his ground in meetings, and I frequently relied on him to make the arguments on behalf of the user and debate decisions with the other stakeholders present. I really look up to him in this respect, and admire his ability to engage in civil discourse and reason under pressure. He is real champion for our users, taking the concept of user-centered design and actually living it.

I didn't have to go over the results in detail as David was adept at understanding and passing on the insights himself.
I asked David to provide me with some feedback on the reporting style and his feedback was fantastic. I implemented his thoughts and very much appreciated his time.
